A screening of Four American Composers (1983) by film-maker Peter Greenaway, coincides with the Whitechapel Gallery’s Music for Museums live music and film season.
All four of Greenaway’s hour-long films dedicated to cutting-edge US music makers are shown in one afternoon, beginning with Robert Ashley, John Cage and Philip Glass and ending with Meredith Monk after a break.
