Charles Hayward is a pioneering drummer and experimental musician who was one of the founding members of This Heat and Camberwell Now. He is noted for his idiosyncratic approach to music and sound making.
Simona Sharafudinov is a London based post-soviet artist. Combining performance, drawing, video, painting and sound she creates images which focus on exiled identities in a hyper-connected world. She is interested in how processes and systems of power and control operate between people, places and things. She received her MFA from Central Saint Martins (2017) and was the recipient of 2017 Tiffany & Co. x Outset Studiomakers award.
Thomas Stone is a composer, performer and AV artist from London. Using woodwind instruments and sampling devices as oscillators for his snare drum, his post-classical / post-techno soundscapes explore themes of memory, restraint, ritual and presence. His compositions have been refined through performance in various resonant spaces, from churches to a disused water tank, Cornish coastal caves to the hull of a ship , and the relationship between performer and audience explored further by presenting the works via large PA systems in club environments. Stone has performed throughout the UK including shows at Tate Britain, The Serpentine Gallery, Resonance FM and BBC Radio 3 and is the winner of NonClassical Records battle of the bands 2015.
