Talks and Workshops
The Anarchist Bookfair

The Bookfair exists to support radical struggles against capitalism,
patriarchy, colonialism and ecological destruction – and especially
those fighting for a liberated London based on mutual aid and freedom
for all.

This year we have discussions, music, films, workshops, merch,
skill-shares, food, campaign stalls, a kids space, and of course lots
and lots of lovely books! It’s not just for anarchists either, everyone*
is welcome to come and have a nose around. Who knows, you might even
leave an anarchist!

As well as talks and workshops at Whitechapel Gallery, events will be taking place throughout the day locally at Rich Mix, The Common Press, and Freedom Bookshop.

For full details of the programme, see the Anarchist Bookfair website

Please note: our spaces have a limited capacity, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

About The Anarchist Bookfair

The Anarchist Bookfair has been running in London since 1983 and has become a renowned and well-loved London cultural institution. It was the first such bookfair worldwide and inspired similar events of various sizes both in the UK and across the globe. The bookfair provides a unique hub of activity for the alternative and radical political community, a vital space for rabble-rousing, community organising, activism and discussions. Whether you are an anarchist yourself, involved in a local community struggle, or simply curious, you are warmly invited to attend.
