The organisation consists of approximately 25 artists. There are in fact two artist blocks on either side of Greatorex Street. The studios are promoted and guided by a panel of trustees. Two of the resident artists sit on the panel and meet on a regular basis to make necessary decisions concerning rent, space and various needed adjustments. The organisation has evolved over the years yet the trustees have always maintained the interests and aims of the artists.
