Students from a selection of secondary schools worked with London based photographer Felicity Hammond focusing on ideas of image-making and urban change in response to the exhibition Christopher Williams: The Production line of Happiness (29th April – 21st June). Students were invited to think critically about their local area, using the traditional architectural Cyanotype printing processes to create new works.
Everything about the day was brilliant – Felicity was fantastic and the technique is something we are going to build on within our project. A huge thank you from us at Bow School for delivering such a great day! Teacher
It was fun and a good experience because not all schools get to have an original, real artist come to their school and we do! Student
Felicity was excellent with the students. She created a fun atmosphere and all students were engaged in her presentation and activity. Teacher
